Sheetal Bapat is a dynamic leader with over 31 years of experience across branding, marketing, recruitment, education, and social development. A strong believer in collective growth, she combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of neuro-psycho-social behavior to drive organizational growth and large-scale social impact initiatives.
She began her journey with Shree Graphics, serving giants like Thermax and Savitribai Phule Pune University. Her corporate leadership includes serving as Head of Marketing & Branding at PNG Jewellers and heading Advertising, Branding & Sales at Vilas Jawdekar Eco-Homes.
As a Partner at M & S Associates, Sheetal led senior-level talent acquisition for global IT leaders including IBM, Cognizant, and Wipro, bridging the gap between high-level talent and industry needs.
As the Founder Director of Shyamchi Aai Foundation, she has significantly influenced education reforms. Her impactful work includes training over 40,000 teachers and developing certified online programs recognized by national bodies. Her mentorship and scholarship initiatives continue to shape the futures of countless students.
Holding an MBA in Branding from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Sheetal has been honored with the prestigious Shree Shakti Award by the Government of India and UNDP for her exceptional leadership and social contributions.
